MADE TO ORDER 

As our garments are made to order, please allow up to four weeks from your date of order to receive your garment. This time period allows for selecting, editing and arranging images, fabric printing, washing, sewing and shipping. Please note, all orders to the printer will be sent on a Sunday evening each week. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to garment personalisation, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

To preserve the quality and extend the longevity of your garment, we recommend hand washing all garments in cool water, with a gentle detergent. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the fabric, particularly on the printed images. Garments should be hung to dry and ironed on the reverse side of the print, using a low temperature.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CIRCULARITY 

In an effort to reduce our environmental impact and promote the circularity of the garment's lifecycle, we have implemented several sustainable practices, such as;

• Each garment is made to order to eliminate fabric wastage and stock surplus; 
• All garments are made from high quality, natural and sustainable fabrications. We use 100% linen, which is OEKO-TEX approved, which means that is has passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances. Additionally, we use 100% GOTS certified cotton;
• We promote slow fashion practices as we release limited drops, and all of our designs are not trend-driven, and are made for longevity;
• Garment and care labels are made from recycled cotton;
• All packaging is 100% biodegradable;
• All clothing garments are designed, sampled and handmade in Australia, which eliminates the environmental impact of freight of fabrics, samples and stock; and 
• All fabric printing is digital print, which uses less water, waste and chemicals compared to other print techniques. 

GARMENT MEASUREMENT GUIDE

The below measurements are garment measurements, and not a size guide. All garments are intended to be a relaxed fit and therefore, we recommended allowing for additional ease between your body measurements and the garment measurements. Please measure your body measurements and then select your size accordingly.
